• Work to promote the social, educational, and cultural welfare of indigenous people, as well as, generate benefit and empower specific disadvantaged groups to effectively participate in a program of personal, cultural, and social development.

• To promote the artistic works throughout Alaska by both Native and non-native Alaskans.
